Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes customers may change their minds after placing an order, and we fully respect your right to do so.
You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, orders are already being processed, packed, and handed over for shipping. At that stage, we are no longer able to intercept or cancel them, even if they haven't yet reached your address.
Please also note that payment processing fees are non-refundable to us. When an order is placed, our payment provider charges a fee, which we still have to pay even if the order is later canceled. For this reason, a 6% processing fee will be deducted from any approved cancellation refund.
We’re a small, independent business, and we do our best to be fair and transparent. This policy simply helps us cover unavoidable costs and continue providing the best service possible.
